High quality, good prices and a reliable delivery service - that's Drauf & Dran.
Textile printing with sharp edges, plasticity and high contrast.
The plotter flex print process uses a special, thin polyurethane textile printing film with special properties.
The image and text motifs applied to the textiles are not screened and printed on, but cut out as sharp-edged foil shapes using a high-performance plotter and permanently transferred to the textile in a hot transfer process.
You can also print on synthetic fibres with the flex print process. However, we recommend that you carry out tests beforehand. This is the only way to guarantee a high-quality result in the flex print area.
The Plotterflex - Quality factors
The quality of the result depends on three decisive factors in the flex print transfer process:
- The precision of the plotter used
- The quality level of the processed Plotterflex transfer films
- The expertise and skill of the processing staff
The right machines
Drauf und Dran only uses high-quality plotters that have proven themselves excellently in daily mass use. We have gained a lot of experience and know which machine delivers the best results for which task.
However, our plotters are not only used for flexographic printing, our high-performance plotters are also used for other printing techniques.
The best flex print films
Montextransfer only uses high quality flex print films. The flex print film we use has a comparatively high opacity and has a smooth, matt surface.
It offers excellent cutting and weeding properties, ensuring that we can offer you a particularly high standard of quality.
We design and embroider high-quality patches and much more with your individual motif.
T-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts, shirts, blouses, fleece and workwear but also caps, towels, backpacks and bags and much more can be finished with this technique.
With the direct embroidery process, it is possible to work even on very hard-to-reach places, such as on cuffs, button bands, shirt pockets, socks, backpacks, bags and sweatbands.
The results of the embroidery process are of the highest quality, plasticity and feel. Even after many years of use of the textiles and objects, direct embroidery will not have lost any of its quality.
Drauf und Dran only processes high-quality yarns and colour-fast materials on quality embroidery machines from reputable manufacturers. As a specialist company in embroidery technology, we know how important these very factors are for durable and resistant embroidery work.
Embroidery Badges &
For workwear (e.g. dungarees with hard-to-reach places like bibs or leg pockets) as well as bags or rucksacks etc. we recommend the embroidery badge.
Logos, company badges, emblems and labels are produced fully automatically on our modern, computer-controlled embroidery machines, which are always state of the art, and can be sewn on or ironed on as desired.
The quality factors of direct embroidery also apply to the production of embroidery badges.
Advantages of the embroidery technique
Small or very filigree motifs can easily be realised with a very thin but nevertheless hard-wearing thread, true to detail and pin sharp. Our machines are able to perfectly embroider even very high resolution motifs without any loss of quality.
Of course, we also offer embroidery made of flame-retardant material. Here we can work with a special flame-retardant polyester thread. This makes these embroideries ideal for lab coats, protective clothing for the fire brigade or warning clothing for road construction. The embroidery technique offers high-quality solutions for almost every field of application.
